Outstanding Service Experience
Three Rivers Heating and Air provided me with an outstanding service. I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. I contacted a few companies for quotes and this company's pricing was the most competitive. Alex came out and gave me the quote and was very helpful and responsive when I have questions. On the day of the install Alex, Jonathon, and John came to do the install of the equipment and completed the job in less than a day. They even walked me through how to control the new system through an app. I highly recommend this company if you have any furnace or AC issues.

I highly recommend this company! When a company provides quality service and delivers on what is promised we tell friends. When a company goes above and beyond its time to share publicly. Needing my HVAC replaced, I called Three Rivers. John (service manager) was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He provided me with product specifications and quotes on two different brands that fit into my budget. John was aware of my limitations of space for the furnace. John assured me that they could work with the tight space and even fabricate a platform to house the furnace! He delivered on that promise, and I’m extremely grateful for the workaround. Tim, Alex, and Jonathan were the crew that performed the installation. They were polite and friendly, they were knowledgeable and got the job done. They removed the old system and cleaned up as they worked. At the end of the day, the install guys provided me with a detailed run-through of my new thermostat and how my system operated. They even returned the next day just to replace a damaged register cover that I damaged years prior. I can’t thank them all enough for not just providing a product but also a service. I also appreciated the follow-up phone call a week later from John just to ask if I had questions and to check how I liked my new system. Again, I highly recommend Three Rivers for exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Thanks to John and his guys! I am a happy customer and look forward to using your company in the future for my maintenance program.
