Everything is expensive these days. :) Their craftsmanship, integrity, excellence exceeded our expectations in every way. The team of three guys who came out to do the work were exceptional. They explained each thing they were doing as they went through the day. They showed great care for our home and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the day. They arrived on time and worked until the sun had gone down. They had even prepared for that by bringing a spotlight to finish the AC outside in the dark. Very respectful and courteous. We didn't really want to see them go. They are welcome to stop by for a cup of tea anytime. :)

Jacob Jordon arrived on time, and we explained we were looking to replace our 28+ year old system. He did a thorough walk-through of the outside units, the attic, and interior. He explained all that they would be doing from start to finish. Jacob is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A+ Our appointment was set for a Thursday and Friday install. On a very rainy Thursday, Emerson arrived on time, introduced himself, told us what he would be doing, and got to work! Johnathon and Joe introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing and got to work. They laid down tarps to protect the carpeting. Wore shoe covers every time they came into the house. When they were done on Thursday, they made sure we had heat. On Friday, the team showed up on time and finished the A/C part of the install. They worked efficiently as a team and certainly knew what they were doing. When all was finished, they went over EVERYTHING. The HERS inspector and County inspector are contacted by them and they (inspectors) will get back to us... two thumbs up! Everyone I Dealt with Was Great
Everyone I dealt with was great. I ended up having to replace my system, but I knew that was likely. They all listened to me and didn’t try to upsell me on things like most companies do. The install team was all friendly and very helpful. They even helped tear out the vines and clean up the patio! I would highly suggest having them give you a quote!

I was so glad I found this company when my A/C went out on one of the hottest days in Sacramento! I had just helped a buyer find a small one-bedroom condo that needed a new HVAC unit, and they did their own research getting bids, but the lowest bid they got for their small condo was the same amount that Three Rivers Heating and Air quoted me for a Carrier unit for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home! The guys were all great and considerate while working in my home—Jacob the salesperson, Johnathan, Emerson, and Joe were all good workers.

I cannot recommend this service enough! We got home to a house that was 89 degrees inside. Our AC had stopped working while we were away. I called Jacob on Sunday afternoon. He fit me in the following morning. He showed up and fixed the AC in 15 minutes.
Not only was the service fast and great, Jacob was an awesome, friendly guy. You never know whether you’re going to get ripped off when you’re calling an AC person, and I can unequivocally say these people are as honest as can be. If your AC is struggling, call them!

5 Star Service to Three Rivers Heating and Air
Three Rivers Heating & Air helped me out with getting my AC fixed. My AC went out late Friday night and I called them to see if they could fix it. I received a call and text message shortly after stating that they would make me a priority. The following day they called me and said they had an installation guy by the name of Jonathan who doesn’t regularly come out to fix AC units. Jonathan came to my house early Saturday morning and troubleshooted my AC to later discover that my condensation lines were clogged, which was causing my condensation line to disperse water out of my furnace, which later caused a short circuit. Jonathan gladly unclogged my condensation line and made sure my furnace would no longer short circuit, as well as informed me that my AC unit no longer needed 2 air filters. Jonathan informed me that having 2 air filters chokes out my AC unit and causes it to work twice as hard. Now that I only have one filter, my AC unit works like a charm. Jonathan also was a very kind, social, and highly professional employee of Three Rivers Heating and Air. I told Three Rivers Heating and Air that if I ever run into any more problems with my AC that I personally request Jonathan, regardless of him being just an installation guy. Jonathan represented Three Rivers Heating and Air with great customer service and high quality work and expertise.
