Everyone I dealt with was great. I ended up having to replace my system, but I knew that was likely. They all listened to me and didn’t try to upsell me on things like most companies do. The install team was all friendly and very helpful. They even helped tear out the vines and clean up the patio! I would highly suggest having them give you a quote!

Back in April 2024, we had a complete heating and air conditioner replacement completed by Three Rivers. John was my point of contact, and to say this man set the stage for an amazing experience would be an understatement. John was masterful with his coordination of all elements of the process, including his patience with me. We had our AC unit recently replaced this summer by the guys over at Three Rivers Heating and Air (Jonathan, Brandon, Emerson and Daniel) and they did such a professional and outstanding job. They were quick, precise, and knowledgeable. From Alex White who first came to assess, he did such a thorough and proficient assessment and went far and beyond as to suggest and install a new vent going to the master's bedroom which was a problem area for years since it wasn’t getting enough cooling during the summer season. To John Trevol, the manager of Three Rivers, who’s so accommodating, prompt, and easy to talk to every time I call. Your whole team did a great job. You were true and stand for your company’s mission of bringing comfort to our home and providing us with a top-notch excellent service with a smile. Unbelievable Price for Two New Systems Jan 13, 2024

I had the misfortune of having my two AC units break down just in time for summer. They were old and I was worried about the cost of replacing not one but two units. I also have a newborn baby at home, so I was stressed. John and his crew got me two new systems for an unbelievable price and they were at my house the next day installing. I am forever grateful. Great service and communication Jan 8, 2024

Thank you, Three Rivers, for the great service and price on my new split system Carrier HVAC unit for my downstairs. I had been nursing along my original 28-year-old Trane system and decided it was finally time to replace it instead of dumping more money into repairs. I was referred to Three Rivers by friends who had used them and were very happy with their results too. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and two days later Giovanny, who was friendly and polite, was out to look things over, and two days after that I had my estimate. Because of the referral from my friends, I didn’t bother getting any other estimates; however, a couple of years ago, I asked my repair guy what he thought it would cost to replace, and that estimate was thousands more than what Three Rivers charged me. There was a bit of delay in getting the new system installed as I had opted to wait until a newly designed (and improved) unit was available. Three Rivers was great with their communication, checking in with me regularly to give me updates on the estimated delivery date. When the unit came in, I was able to schedule the install date and the awesome install crew showed up right on time and worked hard to get the job done that day. They had to take down a section of my fence to access the equipment pad, but when they were done, you wouldn’t have known that any work had been done as the work site was completely cleaned up and the fence back in place. Like my friends, I couldn’t be more pleased with this whole job from beginning to end. Communication was great with Lorena taking charge of the scheduling and paperwork, Giovanny doing the estimate, and the install crew (sorry too many of them to remember their names) getting my huge new unit in while having to get around the adjacent pool equipment. If my upstairs HVAC system, which is now around ten years old, starts acting up, I won’t hesitate to use Three Rivers again, and you shouldn’t either.
