Jacob came out to fix our AC on an over 100-degree day, and he was amazing! My husband’s car broke down the day before, and I couldn’t pay for the AC repair because I have to pay for my husband’s car. Jacob called his boss, and they waived all the fees for us! Joel invited me to observe how the tune-up works and explained every step. He educated me so well that I could probably be a technician myself now. Not once did Joel try to upsell me for parts or unnecessary repairs, but did point out a couple of items that had the potential of failing. I did decide to have a condenser replaced for preventative measures and, again, it was very inexpensive to do so. There definitely was not a 'GOTCHA' moment. BASED ON THEIR FRIENDLINESS, HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY, I highly recommend Three Rivers Heating and AC. 5 Star Experience Continues
My first interaction was with Terry. That went well, so I booked an appointment. Daniel came out and did the maintenance on my heater. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what he was doing. The price was great as on a promotional coupon. I appreciated Daniel's efforts in providing good maintenance service and not trying to be also a salesman. Will be calling this company in the spring for my A/C maintenance. Just had my spring A/C maintenance. This company continues to be a 5-star experience. Joel and Jacob provided excellent customer service. They were respectful and considerate of my property. They were clean and left everything as they found it. They provided thorough maintenance and explained the work to me. I was provided pictures. They both had nice personalities and took pride in their work. I definitely recommend this company.

Thank you, Three Rivers! My AC had been out for almost a week, and the outfit I usually use couldn't give me a time they could be out. Terri (sp?) was very diligent in getting us in. Dan showed up and was super polite and got right to work, even though it was 106° and my AC was on the roof. He was able to find and fix the problem pretty quickly but then spent another 30-40 minutes on the roof to clean things up and make sure it was going to keep running. A big thank you to you, Dan! Two weeks ago, one of our resort rental units had an AC failure on the hottest day of the week. My nephew, who is in the construction trades, recommended Three Rivers, and through his contacts, a Three Rivers tech was dispatched to our business. We're so fortunate to have Daniel as our technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the process. He readily answered any questions we had. He explained the importance of having a regular maintenance schedule. We have six houses with AC heat pumps, and have joined the Three Rivers Maintenance Club. Daniel arrived at 7:30 yesterday morning and serviced all six units, finishing at close to 5:00! After years of only occasional maintenance, Daniel cleaned the heat pumps, found and corrected issues that were going to cause problems in the future. Also, cleaning the condenser coils lowers the electrical draw on the compressor, extending the life of the unit, and lowers energy costs. Who knew? We are very pleased with Three Rivers.
