Jacob came out to fix our AC on an over 100-degree day, and he was amazing! My husband’s car broke down the day before, and I couldn’t pay for the AC repair because I have to pay for my husband’s car. Jacob called his boss, and they waived all the fees for us! This is an amazing company who clearly cares for their clients! I would and will forever recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Jacob and Three Rivers.

THREE RIVERS HEATING AND AIR IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD...10 STARS IN MY BOOK. My technician was Joel S. He showed up on time, was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. Joel invited me to observe how the tune-up works and explained every step. He educated me so well that I could probably be a technician myself now. Not once did Joel try to upsell me for parts or unnecessary repairs, but did point out a couple of items that had the potential of failing. I did decide to have a condenser replaced for preventative measures and, again, it was very inexpensive to do so. There definitely was not a 'GOTCHA' moment. BASED ON THEIR FRIENDLINESS, HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY, I highly recommend Three Rivers Heating and AC. I would also like to give a shout out to those that work behind the scenes, including Erica and Alex. Thank you so much for the great experience!

My first interaction was with Terry. That went well, so I booked an appointment. Daniel came out and did the maintenance on my heater. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what he was doing. The price was great as on a promotional coupon. I appreciated Daniel's efforts in providing good maintenance service and not trying to be also a salesman. Will be calling this company in the spring for my A/C maintenance. Just had my spring A/C maintenance. This company continues to be a 5-star experience. Joel and Jacob provided excellent customer service. They were respectful and considerate of my property. They were clean and left everything as they found it. They provided thorough maintenance and explained the work to me. I was provided pictures. They both had nice personalities and took pride in their work. I definitely recommend this company.
